time after last medical

Hi everyone
I have done my second time medical one month ago and all clearance are done. And my lawyer says now they will issue the visa. If it was really last thing then how much time it will take more. Because from last 35 days there is no response.
If you guys have any idea please let me know.

Its not unusual not to hear from IRCC for months after medical exam........the next step will be review of eligibility and background check which takes a while........so it good to assume spousal sponsorship process completion takes 12 months.......which could help reduce your waiting stress.........relax.........its a wait game.
