I didn't use any representative. I did it myself . Sent in more pics . Some print out from internet and answered questions .. then my husband was called.. I had requested to have full Arabic interpreter for him so he can explain and he did wonderful job.
Within four hours is done and I was told we consent to the visa ..
Now we just waiting for him to update few paperwork and then go to embassy in tunisia with his passport.
