Hello Raj,

Sorry for the delay in response.
No, my friend had not received an AOR when he applied for his wife.

************** UPDATED ALL ********************************

My friends wife got her SOWP... JUST within 6 weeks... UNBELIEVABLE RIGHT... LOL... I am very happy for them...
I know there folks on the string waiting for more 3 months... From India itself...

I asked him many questions...

1. He did not put ANYTHING for home ties for her
2. He did not put her resume or work experience or educational certificate
3. His cover letter/invitation is so simple and straight forward

Hmmm... I guess his wife's file was handle by an angel...

4. He did not address even a single reason for the first refusal

I AM STILL IN SHOCK... In a nice way...

5. He only put his work stuff... His positive LMO, CAD bank statements, T4, pay stubs, relationship proof, etc...

That's why I've decided to take it easy... Get my CEC application in order... Then send out the SOWP application with AOR for CEC, in shaa Allah...

Avez~

Good to know. SOmetimes u just gota do what u can and leave the rest. I have applied for OWP -S (July 8th) and we just received our AOR for CEC. SO its been almost 4 mnts and i dnt know wats going on..
I wish u the bext Avez and Raj.
Also, in my cover letter the lawyer has mention some legal terms where spouse cannot be separated and they have the right to be together. They had also mentioned that my wife had a positive LMO and it would be a loss if she leaves Canada just because her husband is not united with her. It was obviously put in legal terminologies.
I have extensive travel history. I have travelled a lot in the past.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Ben

I am worried that my visit visa rejected thrice..they mentioned same reasons..

1. Economic conditions
2. Employment Prospects
3. Family ties and economic establishment
4. Travel history

I have provided all the necessary documents of my employment details, property, husband employment status, marriage certificate etc.

My husband is working in canada and he has a work permit..his work permit ends by 2019..

I resigned recently for better salary . so is it better to apply as housewife or with offer letter of new company?

And one more doubt... I applied through consultancy for three times and it got rejected.. is it better to apply online or offline???

Can anyone please suggest me what exactly they are expecting as a strong proof?

They just need you to proof you'll be coming back to your country, you need an employment letter and a letter from your working stating you'll be gone for sometime and your position will still be open to you when you get back, if you have a landed property in your country, that helps also. As much ties as you can provide.

If they can issue you a letter saying you'll be gone for holiday or so and that your position will still be open to you.

Hi ,

I have closed work permit in Canada (3 years). My company appointed a Immigration lawyer to apply visitor visa for my wife and kid but it got rejected first time with below reason.

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

1. travel history
2. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. Length of proposed stay in Canada
4. Purpose of visit

We applied second time with below documents.,

1. representative person asked me Letter from her mother saying she will come back since she have strong ties to India in terms of blood relations and asset after her death.

2. One of Land Inheritance document translated and provided in second application.

3.Letter from me saying we have inheritance and string ties to India so we will go back at end of my work permit.also provided justification for inviting her and my kid.

4. Provided letter from my wife confirming the same.

5. My Payslip and bank statement.

But it rejected with below reason again.

6. Personal assets and financial status

This was escalated to National headquarters but received below feedback.

"officer has acted within his discretion and does not believe your wife will exit Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay. National Headquarters has recommended we file an application for a work permit.

I need to go back to India and bring my wife and kid during August first week. Can you suggest me if it is good to apply for OWP or TRV?

Thanks in Advance.

Don't apply again until you have requested your GCMS notes and have the detailed reasons behind the refusals. Overall, I think the issue that your wife doesn't have very strong ties to your home country. With two refusal already, it's probably not advisable to apply until her circumstances change significantly and she can demonstrate stronger ties. Good luck.

Hi Thanks for the reply. I received document from my representative which says above refusal points. I see the footer of the document with "(IMM 5621 (03-2017) E GCMS". Is this the one your referring as GCMS?

What I should do to show them she is having strong ties to home country? She is not working and don't have any travel history and she is not going to work here as well.

Your lawyer should be applying for an open work permit (OWP) for your wife even if she doesn't plan to work. Her visitor visas are correctly being refused because she is not coming to Canada as a visitor. She plans to stay and live in Canada.

she don't have any bank balance and asset in India.(I already showed inheritance from her mother ).
I am showing my balance in Canada as support. Do I really need to show bank balance/assets in her name in india for OWP?
If I add her as joint owner in her mother's account (She may have cash deposited more than 180 day before) ,does it help?

Now that you are applying for SOWP the need to show strong ties to India is not really a factor. Nothing to speed up the process. May actually take longer.
