WES Evaluation Question - Please Help

Hello,

I have completed Bachelor of Technology from India and I created a profile in WES for my degree evaluation. I requested my college to share the documents. My college wants me to fill up the doctoral degree conferral document which I believe it only required if someone has done P.hD.

But, my college folks are saying that I do need to fill this form and they have done this from past several years for B.Tech students.

Is there going be a risk if I submit this form?

Never heard of such thing earlier. We always submit B.Tech transcripts only.

I know it is weird. But, my college is saying that they have followed this process for the last 10 years. I have written to WES to confirm the same. It doesnt seem that this will be an issue. I am anyways going to mention B.Tech on that form but thought to consult with this forum.
