Thx for sharing buddy. So you got the PCC which covered the time till you got the PCC but you stayed few days more and then left UAE? So that period was not covered?
yes u got it.. but it was valid for 3 months which made me think that it will work and cover my stay..

What doesn't make sense? as long as your CRS is above the cut-off score, you will receive an ITA. That's basic math.
The cutoff was exactly 451 points and they gave July 21, 2017 at 07:01:28 UTC as the cutoff date, meaning that out of people with a score of 451, only profiles created before that time and date would be invited, as they had seniority. It doesn't seem to have worked that way, though.

Thanks fro explaining on my behalf. Someone got ITA @451, despite creating the profile in December 2017, so tie-break is not as rigid as we believe.

Dude u r just on fire today. Calm down, there are things beyond our control. 3 week draw hit me when I was on 442 and finally I got ITA after like 2 draws which got rejected because of PCC date mismatch. I reentered pool last tuesday and boom again 3 weeks draw. Now I have my birthday in July and really think chances are bleak for me now...
and i had rejected oinp also after i had received direct ITA..
Sorry to hear your story. I also rejected OINP after receiving direct ITA. Don't know if they will send it to my new profile. My account is the same but EE profile is new.

What is Tie-breaker there for then?

My UAE PCC i had taken a month before I left the country and it was valid for 3 months which was written on PCC so I thought it covered my stay but IRCC thought differenly and rejected my application saying it doesnt cover the full stay. In any case I feared this and got a new PCC and uploaded it though webform next day after submission of my PR applicatiom which they opened after 10 days and my application was rejected on the same day. may be they started working on application before they could receive the new PCC.

Where is the dude who projected 435 today :p
Did you get any refund from IRCC?

There is this guy from Uk /Pakistan on this forum, whose application was rejected because he visited Pakistan for a few days (holiday) and his PCC didnt cover that week. I would suggest everyone who receives ITA, should read all REJECTION threads on this forum before submitting their application. That's how I came to know about mistakes in my application.

Why would a person on 451 who made his profile 11 months ago, get an ITA today? Shouldn't he be cleared long ago? Seems weird to me
He created his profile on that day but at that time his score wasn't 451. He later updated his profile and got more points maybe due to IELTS, spouse or any other way and became 451, but his profile creation date remained 11 months ago.

Hi everyone,

I received my ITA today and just submitted all my documents and paid the fees.

I just wanted to thank all of you who helped me with my questions and I genuinely wish all the deserving people get their ITAs. Good luck you all!!!
Congratulations! One less person in the competition:D

Hm, the last time a 3-week gap happened, it was 457, so it's not bad actually. :)

Last time when a 3 week gap draw happened cut off was 456, but 750 more ITAs were issued this time, still it is 451. Frankly speaking, it's bad! :(

This is the first time you didn't predict it right. You are ALWAYS too close.

so I assume the next draw would be around 444 or 456 and the draw after that it is gonno be 443 and the one after that 441 or 442 and then they probably skip again once it reached 440! so if you are at 442 give yourself 2-3 months till it gets to you

Why would it be 456 in the next draw?
