I got PNP from Saskatchewan and even i have brother in ontario for which i claimed 15 points . But after my nomination from Saskatchewan that points are not added to my profile. WHY SO?

To qualify for the points, your brother would have to be permanently living in Saskatchewan. Since he lives in Ontario - no points.
