Online application financial documents

Hi,
l am applying for canadian visitor visa for my parents online. They already have US visitor visa. In the document list generated after i filled the questionnaire there are no financial documents asked. This looks odd to me. They are not even optional.
Will it be fine to submit application without financial documents? Or should I submit it in office? Online seems easier option though

The eligibility tool has assessed them for CAN+ processing because they have valid US visas. Even though financial documents aren't part of this list, it is advisable to include proofs of their financial situation + strong ties to their country of residence.

You can combine all additional documents as a single PDF and upload to the Optional section/Letter of Explanation
