Which intake visa did you got?
My understanding is that if you can study for 1sem in private college,then its good.
And While studying apply for a offer letter for a public college and resume your studies there.

Sep intake..nd i have two semes..one i will complete in this clg..second semester???
Would you be able to get a offer letter for sept. Intake for any other college?
If yes then,fly to canada now and transfer your self to different college. Most likely some people will have rejection and seats will be available.
Once your are able to transfer then there should be no problem, you can extend visas easliy.
