Regarding X-ray, it all depends on who you are talking to. Some people believe that it's safe and others don't.
Regarding study permit, it will depend on whether or not you are eligible and can provide a good reason to study in Canada (SoP letter). If you are obviously coming only to get Canadian citizenship for the child, you will probably be refused.
So let’s say you get a study permit what are your expectations to fund the birth in Canada and post delivery support so you can continue studying as well as covering your increased living costs post delivery.
Have you investigated any process with the college up front for any maternity leave pre and post birth to minimise risk of your study permit being cancelled for non attendance ?
Whilst a child born in Canada becomes a Canadian citizen that does not benefit the status of the parents so if you lose your study permit and not able to replace with any other option you would have to leave at some point.

I actually have a few family there,my sister is there and my husband's siblings as well.
OK,please do you know anyone with a similar situation and was granted the study visa?
Ok so still assume you are budgeting for your medical bills then for the birth plus you need to ensure that the college is aware and supports your maternity as authorised leave.
These are factors that could be considered in granting a study permit in addition to everything else such as qualifications, relevance of course and prospects for when you return to your home country.
Planning to have a baby in Canada could indicate your intention may not be to return home once you graduate even if that is your intention to return home despite having relatives already in the country.
All you can do is put together an application and see what happens regardless of any personal views expressed on a forum nobody here can predict an outcome and pregnancy alone is probably not a singular reason for any rejection.
