i passed 3 year diploma in2009-2013(1year extra due to supply ) from Punjab board Chandigarh
then i admission in bca thorough lateral entry2013-2015 fro ptu jalundhar punjab
but i pass this in 2016 (1year extra due to supply)
can i eligible for this or not plz give me answar
