Hello friends! I realized that there was some mistake in the entry of ,my academic information after I made the payment. I have already got the forms with me. My academic year started on 2nd Sept 2007 but by mistake I fed 16th Sept 2007. What can be done in this situation?

What kind of application are you doing? Check the relevant application guide, you should be able to edit/correct the entry.

Thank you for your quick response. I have applied for RN. There was no option for editing the information. I have already maid the payment.
