Sponsoring from Canada

hey, I'm sponsoring my husband from Sweden and I'm a Canadian citizen that's only lived here. On the IM0008enu it is asking my date and place of last entry to Canada, but I'm from here. Do I put the last time I just left the country and came back? Like I went to the US in Feb and came back over the border. Or is this for nonresidents or people born here?

It says on the top of the form 'You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse, who are not already residents or citizens of Canada.'
There's a lot of comas but does that mean I only fill that out if I'm not a Canadian citizen?
