I don't think there are LMOs now. I thought that LMIA has replaced them.

My instinct is that this is a 100% fake.

Yeah... I think that's a 100% fake. There are a lot of things about it that just don't look "right". I also looked up the names on the red stamps. Nothing about a "Martine Viens" was found and the name "Ahmed Okadia" comes up with immigration fraud. Did they get any money from you? Were they asking you for money? Where is the job offer letter? Who is the employer?
