Hi guys
My visa got rejected and reason for rejection are:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your language qualifications are insufficient

Can anybody tell me what can be done?

I applied for masters in technology innovations and entrepreneurship at saint mary's university.
Qualification
MBA-7.1cgpa
BBA- 67%
Ielts exemption given to me by the university.

I guess they doubted that ilets point as they stated that language point, did u provide any proof for that exemption

This is my second time application too.. i have applied on mar 5 originally and got refused coz there was no proof of ilets. Then i attached the ilets score copy n applied on march 15 and still waiting on the decision, my medical was passed on apl 20 n there after no news..

Ohh ok.. If thats the only reason for rejection then it should be all fine by the grace of god.. fingers crossed. .

Hey I have applied on same day and there is no update. Does it depend on college and course?

It depends on a lot of points and each case is different.. Yes SPP and universities are given 1st preference coz of their timelines and restrictions n rules .. Unless the case is different. Given the present situation every other file is almost delayed..

Hi Nish..

1st of all its sad ur visa got rejected however dont loose hope, as if u see on the brighter side they were clearly stressing on the IELTs or Language front.. The other point of u leaving the country is a part of the that rejection point.

So i would recommend you to immediately apply for the CAIPS report without further delay to know the exact reason.

Pls note that the rejection message mentioned here is just an over view. Apply for CAIPS, and address all their points and re-apply. If IELTS is the only reason u might as well get the Visa the 2nd time.. All the best!
Hope u have submitted the IELTS exemption letter given by the Uni.

Did u explain clearly in ur SOP as to why this course? And how is it going to help u once u return to India? Coz u did BBA then MBA now again Masters in Tech Innov and Entrepenurship. Hope all related well in ur SOP. Anyway CAIPs is the immediate solution for now.

Hey, sad to hear that ur visa got rejected. Please apply for CAIPS as it wud take a while to get them. Hopefully, u ll get to know the actual reasons for ur denial. By the way when did u apply for ur visa?

I have also applied on April 20 th and received two acknowledgement letters alone .

same here , have received 2 acknowledgement letters , 1st on 9th may and 2nd on 23rd may, latter one stated "we have so many applications so it is getting delay" I have applied on 25th April. Waiting for a positive response. It was a paper application which I have linked it to online as well

Thanks for such positive words. I applied through a consultant and she prepared my sop. Yes correlation was there for my previous education qualifications and course applied. Firstly i will apply for caips note then will see what needs to be done.
