Police Certificate Expired

Hello, my police certificate is only valid for 3 months and will expire in 2 weeks. If I recieve an ITA after it expires, can I still use my expired police certificate? CIC only specified that the certificate be issued after the last time I visited my country and nothing about the expiration date.
