i m still confused how VO can easily reject an Spousal application like they think marriage is not genuine if husband can't remember the dates OR a husband can't understand English, what's the big deal if his wife born and raised in Canada....there are 10000s of girls and boyz born and raised in Canada and they fluently speak and understand Urdu.

Honestly their entire process is a F'ing joke. Sick of waiting, got the same freaking response now I know for sure mine won't be done in 12 months. Contacted the local mp they were like oh every case can be different I just shut her up pretty bad and told her off. She's like come in for an appointment we will discuss and see what we can do. They can't bullshit considering it hasn't even been touched yet! My marriage isn't complicating to begin with. I told her it was useless voting liberals when they aren't pro immigration still.

you never know it may be our own Pakistani folks who are handling our files...as recently in checklist they changed the english translation is not required for any kind of communication proof means someone they have who can read URDU? In LVO, it may be Pakistanees who must be handling all pakistani applicants and all these stupid issues coming from those Pakistani VOs.....

My file also received by a Pakistani guy in Mississauga because signature was required and it was signed by rizwan so they have Pakistani employees tooo.

unko app ki nikah nama ki copy chahiye Urdu wali. app ne english and urdu dono copies bhejeen theen?

aap ki rukhsati hui this ya nahin? agar hui thi to aap ne photos send keri theen? unko pic chahiye jaise k hall ke bahir as a couple function ke end me, car me baithte huay, etc. agar valima hua tha to uski photos bhi chahiye. unko receipts chahiye hall payment ki.

agar application me bola tha k sponsor applicant se milne jaye ga august ya september me to uski exit entry stamps ki copy chahiye unko. agar nahin gia sponsor to unko batado k nai gia.

it says in the guide that you only send photocopies unless they specifically ask for original for any particular doc:

Make sure all photocopies are clear and easy to read. Other than copies of original documents used for translations, photocopies do not need to be certified. Don’t send originals unless we ask for them, because they will not be returned.
