She cant sponsor you until you have a legal relationship with her and which can be proved later
I get it but if i can marriage with her and is she will be sponsor me from uk to canada i mean if i stay in the uk without status is she eligible to sponsor his overstayer husband
The mail problem is i am in uk and i have no legal status here yet thats what i am saying is that possible to go canada from uk
If you are married or common-law (having lived together 12 months), she can sponsor you for PR. The overstay should not be a problem as long as you have strong proof your relationship is genuine and not done just for immigration purposes.
However if an interview is required you may need to go back to your home country to attend it.
I get everything i have my pakistani passport but i am fear to go back beacuse in my home country i have killing threats and risk on my life if they required interview its not possible i have to go back what should i do in this case

You need a valid passport to both apply and to travel. Would wait and see what happens regarding the interview. Nothing is set in stone yet. Have you been together for a long time? Imagine you haven't lived together a 1 year. Is she willing to get married and sponsor you? The process will likely take12 months or maybe more. Do you have a lot of proof of your relationship and have you spent a lot of time together? Are you both employed and will she be able to financially support you when you arrive in Canada? Will she need supprt from family members and are there family members that would support you if necessary. Given your lack of status in the UK you need a strong application and relationship proof.
