Visa refused please help

Hi, my name is sylvia and i applied for my study permit on the 26 of march i just got a refusal letter starting that the officer is not convinced i will leave at the end of my stay with purpose of visit as a factor...please how do i go about reapplying so i don't make mistakes...please help!!!!

Mine VISA was also refused with same reason. I am applying for CAIPS notes.
