Has this happened in the past, that the CRS dropped considerably low when there was no ielts results declared before the draw? Like the case is now.
Just looking for a miracle this time. :)

Also, when will the updated pool distribution be released?

Looks like upcoming draw will be the only one without ielts results in 2018! fingers crossed!!

if it happens on 24th then it is possible some people will get their results on 24th if they decide to guess the TRF number and pick the result up earlier on the other side of the earth.

due to that fact, I predict the draw will be sure 439 with early 2018 tie-breaker or even higher 440.
consider the delay of draw date to 24th. The number coming down to 431-440 range will only be 600-700, thus it is highly possible 439 or 440

if draw happens on Friday the 25th, the cut off possibly will be 441 again.

i am one of the oinp candidates who will be entering the pool this wednesday. previous score was 433. I think they will start reissuing NOI second half of the year as they have almost 4000 nominations more to issue. so suggest anyone from 430 to 437 score range to accept the NOI. you wont get that opportunity again.

Most probably CIC will skip next Wednesdays draw. Possible reasons, they have a federal holiday on Monday, last time( when we saw a Monday draw) they also skipped a biweekly draw as there were no ielts results that had came out the previous week prior to the draw, and they are not in a hurry to send itas.

Sorry guys, but the harsh truth and the current reality is so high on us all this year and this has yet to change by CIC. I want back to back draw to happen the most more than many people but every time in every steps we are observing rejection and delay from CIC and this is a very heart breaking situation for most of us.

So, there is a high probability that the next draw ll be on 28th May with 3750 itas..............cut off- 441, tiebreaker- March/April

Ofcourse they plan all the holidays and work accordingly to have a smooth and regular process..if there is a holiday on wednesday then that's a different case..else everythng is fine!!! Draw is on...on wednesday for sure!!! No need to worry abt a federal holiday on monday!!! We need to stop overthinking!!!!

I completed my master degree and apply for Wes next few days. After that my crs rise from 421 to 458. May be after two month I will create my express entry profile. Don't know what's the crs score at that time. But suppose my profile selected and got ita. Than how much time it will take to get AOR after submit documents?. Because my ielts score expire in February 2019. Moreover if my ielts score expire after getting AOR than its OK?

Don't think there is a relation between state Holidays and draw happening or not. If a holiday is on Wednesday then the draw maybe delayed, otherwise there have been many holidays before and they didn't effect the draws.

There are 24 on 441 out of around 200 people voted..assuming total 4000 above 440 for next draw..there will be around 480 to 500 sitting on 441..which is the same number we already estimated in many of the posts...so dont wrry about more people on 441...poll proves that they are inline actually..so the cut-off will definetly be less than 441...440 for sure and hope for 439...and also looking at the distribution of people from 431 to 440...many people are sitting at 438 and 440...i am assuming many people from 431 to 435 are not active on ROH and hence did not vote...the voting results showing more people sitting on higher 430+ than on the lower 430+....this is not true in reality as per my guess!
