No. You have to have the required presence on the day you sign your application and it cannot be post dated.

Also, note that the 1095th day must be fully completed when you sign your application. So that means that you should sign your application on the 1096th day.

Also, it is strongly recommended to sign your application with a few extra buffer days. If you search the forum, you will see many instances where people miscalculated residency days and end up being a few days short and having their application rejected. They all wished they applied with a few extra buffer days.

Just to add to the above, enter your travel dates in the ohysphys presence calculator with the date you expect to apply for citizenship and check the results. See if IRCC calculates your presence as 1095. Also, as others have stated, give yourself some buffer. Mistakes are made, travels forgotten!
