New passport photo issue

I got my passport renewed from BLS India, the photo looks weird I think during lamination on the photo page some air seeped through. Anyone else has experience with this?

Would it be acceptable at airports?

If there is a problem in identifying you then you must request BLS India to re-issue the passport. You would need two new photographs for this
