I had been in Uk last from 2011-2015. Basically I got visa for 18 months (15 February 2011 to 31 August 2012) in London, Uk.
After from 1st September 2012 to 16 June 2015 I overstayed over there. That's why I got back in Bangladesh last 16 June 2015.
I came in the Saudi Arabia last 20 July 2017. Still I'm unemployed yet now !!
Hence, I'm afraid that, am I eligible for Canada for work permit purposes ?
Please reply me and suggest me about this matter. I really need your help please !!

The fact you overstayed in the UK means it will likely be impossible to get an approved work permit for Canada.

If you want to move to Canada, you should apply to immigrate instead.

You overstayed your UK visit by at least three years. Regardless of whether or not you left voluntarily or you were removed/deported, you now have a re-entry ban from the UK. Probably a 5-year ban.

You must declare this overstay + your voluntary departure or removal order + the re-entry ban to the UK.... for any visa application you submit to Canada

Any type of temporary visa will not happen in your case. But you can still immigrate (apply for PR) of course as long as you meet the criteria.
