please remember English is not everyones first language, due to a language barrier the user may have been trying to say something else and it came out wrong. keep a positive view of everything and life will stay good

Exactly what I thought, you don't get screwed over an immigration process anyway. Starting a new life with poison for others doesn't brighten anyone's future. Not yet, what about yours?

He chose wrong words but I think what he meant to say was that others from July 2017 are getting visas but not you yet...so he is suggesting that LVO 'screwed you over'. Again very poor choice of words.
I never even communicated with this person and there are plenty of July applicants who haven't gotten visas yet.
To pinpoint at someone with such words is shallow .
