Attention: Yesterday has received an e-mail from Singapore Visa Office asking to submit PCC from Bangladesh Authority (Country of Residence). I suppose to submit 2 seperate PCC for 2 seperate countries (Bangladesh & Russia). I submitted my Russian PCC with my application. Now need to submit the Bangladeshi PCC. I already have Bangladeshi PCC issued on 27 September 2017 and my application received by CIC on 25 October 2017.

Question: Can someone please tell the validity of Police Clearance Certificate? Is my Bangladeshi PCC still valid or I need to apply for new PCC?

They should close your file immediately because it is already close to their time frame. Hopefully during this month you will get some positive movements. Hope for the best! Keep patience eventhough it is hard!

Did you face such situation? How you came to know? Actually It confused me & my wife a lot. Even I wrote them on their e-mail but they didn't make reply yet.

Though Bangladesh provide six month validity for PCC for internal use but CIC validity is one year from the date it issued , i am 100% confirmed because i clarified it during my application

Today in the morning I have received an e-mail from SGVO asking the police clearance certificate from Bangladesh authority. But they didn't mention the way (By express mail or E-mail) of sending the PCC. How did you submit your wife's PCC to SGVO? By mail or e-mail? Please help me with info & address.

Hello there, the procedure of sending PCC is on that letter you’ve received from SGVO. Some people get instructions to send it via post, some sends via email. So read your letter. The clear instructions will be there.

Hi there! December 8, 2017 outland applicant from Bangladesh (visa office Singapore). I recently received my request for medical but I’m in Canada at the moment visiting my spouse on a tourist visa. I was wondering if it might be possible for me to get my medical done from here at Canada instead of going back to Bangladesh for it, and whether it would create any issues for my PR application. Does anyone have any idea in this regard?

You can do it any were in the world, but the doctor or hospital should Canadian panel doctor or hospital

If they will not write anything then thinking to send it by IRCC webform & e-mail (Whichever they can accept).

Dear friend if don't mind , you must send the PCC to Singapore by DHL or Fedex. I am paper based applicant , when we applied CIC guideline strictly mention to send the PCC original because photocopy was not excepted.

Better do both up-lode one copy by web form and regional one send by by DHL or Fedex .

May medical approved on April 6th. Received pre-arrival notification on April 28th. But there is no update regarding PPR yet. Seems like have to wait for few weeks more.
So you can wait, but don’t expect it within a month. Best of luck.

Wrong advice.. if you don’t know don’t give thease advise.. my wife application turned DM on april 27th 2018. PPR on May 3rd 2018.

Any July applicant have any news of PPR from Singapore visa office. I am July 7, 2017 applicant and i did medical Nov 15, 2017. I am waiting for their decision. already 10 months are gone, still i am waiting. no pre-arrival , no decision, no PPR. What is going on, from last Nov 15, 2017 until May 5, no update, nothing. i don't know how long i have to wait
