I am getting my PR soon. Wondering if anyone know if my fiancee get married with me, is it possible for her to remain the status as student in Canada? She can not apply for a PR right now for some reason. Thanks for your help.
Marry to PR without status change

If you get married before gaining PR, you can add her as a dependent on your PR application and she will obtain PR along with yours.
If you marry AFTER you have landed as a permanent resident in Canada, it will not change her status.
If you marry BEFORE you have landed as a permanent resident in Canada, you MUST add her to your application but can nominate her as non-accompanying. Then she will not have PR status.
