Here is my timeline:
Account Created: 2/21/2018
Payment Made: 2/22/2018
Docs Sent: 2/22/2018 (sent from St.Louis, MO to WES in regular mail no tracking)
Docs Received: 3/06/2018
Docs Update: 3/26/2018 (forgot to send Bachelors Diploma/ Provisional Degree)
Docs Sent: 3/26/2018 (sent from St.Louis MO to WES via 1 day delivery)
Docs Received: 4/02/2018 (actual docs delivered on 03/27/2018 per tracking number)
Docs Accepted: 4/02/2018 (2 updates in the same day)
Due Date given on 4/04/2018. Expected Completion date: 4/20/2018
Final Evaluation: 4/21/2018 (updated on saturday which was weird)
Evaluation Completed: 4/23/2018 (got this at 12.00AM on 04/23/2018)

I guess they don't give tracking code for standard delivery.. I haven't received on as I chose standard Delivery
Average processing time from the thread is 40days. 20 days to accept the docs. 20 days for evaluation.

My ECA was due on 23/04/2018 and they sent email stating that your evaluation is complete you will get update after 15 minutes of this email. And I have been checking my status regularly since 23/04/2018. It is still showing pending allow 15 minutes to update.

At the same time, contacted University in Sweden to dispatch my verified Master's degree supplement as per the required procedure by WES for Sweden.
They sent the doc to WES on 4/24/2018, as per their email, though they didn't shared any tracking details with me.
On next day my account had a date changed and as of now it is as:

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Status last updated: 4/25/2018
Evaluation in Progress
Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
I am also expecting WES to receive yet another document of my secondary school certificate(HSSC) and transcript to reach by 4/27/2018.
So my question to you all that, the date which got updated to 4/25/2018 from 4/18/2018 means that they have indeed received another set my MS degree doc, dispatched by my Swedish university ? or they just change the date status as normal practice after every week ?

Well I finally got an update with a due date after three weeks of radio silence.
Docs received by WES on April 6th.
Docs accepted by WES on April 27th - due date given of May 16th.
Total time will be about 6 weeks from documents received if they meet that due date.
