My husband (the PR) is going to be crossing the border and landing without myself and the children (all citizens but crossing separately). Is he going to have a problem since he will have and be declaring the possessions of the whole family (ie. children's items, women's clothing, etc), or is it fine because they are all obviously things that we own as a family? (I will be crossing with the same list, but he will physically be with all of our stuff)

Your husband is allowed to import your belongings and vice versa.
