Small correction - in the home page status under 'Details' is submitted. When I click on 'Check status and messages' Final decision is shown as ''your application was approved" .
But status updated date is 12 April, should have been delivered by now :(

Landed Feb 12 got a message in my account 3 weeks ago saying approved, but to date no PR card in the mail.... i have been calling every day without getting through.... what next ? And advise/ suggestions?

Calling is the best option, apart from that may be you can submit web enquiry form.

When u say approved do u mean in home page under 'details' or after clicking on 'check status and messages' .
My status is ''submitted' in home page, but when I click on ''check status and messages" it shows final decision as approved. What does this mean.

My timeline
Landed: February 27th, 2018 at Toronto Pearson International Airport
PR card despatched: Do not know, but assuming around April 17th/18th
PR card received: April 20th, 2018 (checked everyday for the past week, and finally yesterday afternoon, the card was in the mailbox)

I hope that this helps those of you who landed in Toronto around the same time I did and cannot link your account. I am thinking the card would have arrived a bit sooner, but the ice storm last weekend may have slowed the delivery process a bit.

Mine was also at YYZ Toronto Pearson on Feb 18. No emails for new photo, cannot link card, no reply to web form inquiry a week ago and no card so far!

Hi Everyone,
I have landed on March 9, 2018. And today I called the CIC to track my PR card status.
They mentioned that it is forwarded to the Printing Department. Does this mean my photos were accepted ?

Which terminal did you get PR status at Terminal 1 or 3?

Try connecting again I got my call connected after 30 min waiting . The officer said card is already dispatched on 9 Apr.
Landed - 23 Feb
Dispatched - 9 Apr
Received - 18 Apr

I am starting to wondering if I am selecting the wrong options I have called so many many times I have never gotten though.

Did you move, change your address? If the card hasn't arrived yet, might be it was sent out to another address.


My update:
Landed March 13th, linked the PR card application to my account the same day, today my account has been updated, but no messages yet. I'm hoping it will be approved and sent out soon!
