Is masters in distance education considered in ECA process IN WES

Dear All,
I have done masters in computer application (MCA) from Punjab technical university ,jalandhar also attended evening 2 hours classes .
Can it be recognized by WES IN ECA Process.

If their is problem in WES then apply for SINP OID. It doesn't need WES.
