I got my student visa for nova scotia. And i am landing in toronto and my next flight is from toronto. And i get out for some days from toronto airport .. i there any risk for this .

No risk, apart from the usual Toronto risks... You pass through immigration control at Pearson. Then the travel to Nova Scotia is all internal.
