I am 21 years old and also a Jamaican but a permanent resident in Canada for almost 3 months, my dad took me back to Jamaica on false pretence and went back to Canada with all my documents. I replaced my passport and now I need to get a PR travel document which i don't have certain information to complete the form i would like to know how long the form takes to process and what else can I do?
