Hi everyone ,
My situation is that the company i used to work for has run out of business in my country & all i got from it were 2 documents :
1- employment experience letter (adresses only the number of experience years & job title) which does not tell anything about number of working hours
2- a document states that i've received a compensation from the company

MY QUESTION IS
What to do to prove that i've worked as a fulltime employee with more than 40hrs/week And to prove my job duties ?????
Thank you

Do you know some of your ex-supervisors? Try your best to get an employment letter with all the info from them. Keep record of everything (even failed attempts)
If everything fails, attach a letter of explanation explaining everything.

I got my reference letters from my supervisors, not HR (this might be different across industries).
If you don't get anything conforming to IRCC's requirements, just do your best, and hope.

Not providing any explanation at all is a sure no-no.
