Background Declaration IMM 5669

Ok I am getting pretty close to the wire here and getting nervous! I am a Canadian Citizen, living in the US. I've been approved to sponsor my two daughters (18,21) to Canada. So the 30 day clock is ticking.

I have, via the online portal uploaded their background declarations. There is a place to upload ONE background declaration each on their linked accounts.

However, how do I turn in my background declaration and that of my common law spouse who I may sponsor next, or he may go in as a skilled worker? There is no spot to upload it. My current thoughts are

1. Mailing it (only 9 days til the deadline)
2. uploading a PDF along with the police clearances for the family.

What should I do?

I'm Canadian first generation born abroad, so Canadian by descent so I have to sponsor them
