Hey! I have the same timeline as yours. My file was moved to LVO on the 24th jan.
My medical was requested in December a week after my AOR 1. As far as i know they dont move files to visa office untill you submit the medical and the police certificate. I suggest you should call or email them to ask

Yes true thats what ive seen reading on tbis firum thats why i dont get y my husband didnt get called for a med while app was in canada.... we just got pleade send s sch A form on dec we did that and s month later an email saying we have forwarded ur file to lvo:/

then section 2 is where PA info will go

yea like 2 others from October applied. so i was thinking i should apply now, by the time their reply comes it will be mid May so i will know what their notes are by then. by mid May it will have been 4 months since my file was sent to LVO. Tomorrow it will be 3 months since they sent it to LVO and its been silent since then

Doesn't ordering notes delay your application? Also, can you apply for notes if you have done it through a lawyer?

Yes, you have to wait for some time before you get to talk to an agent...when my husband called he had to wait for like 40 minutes to an hour before he could speak to somebody.

i called to the agent and she says to me your uploaded documents not submitted...she was saying submit your documents and then she says if you can't submit through your gckey account then use web forum to submit your documents.

My due date was 25 Mar-2018 to submit schedule A and police certificates which is passed already. i uploaded my documents on 15-Mar-2018 and i submit yesterday (mean i complete procedure yesterday 16-Apr-2018) i submit again my documents through gckey account because there was a button like UPDATE INFORMATION and i upload my documents using it. now in Documents submitted by the client changed to replacement provided (before here was uploaded not submitted to IRCC) and View my submitted applications or profiles in column of detail before was YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED and now changed to SUBMITTED. i am worried about the deadline because in instructions they wright that if you failed to send requested documents by due date, the status will change to overdue and your file consider to be incomplete and may be cause of rejection.
