@Reykhan Hello both, I received a response below. Extension but file STILL not had even INITIAL review... o_O

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have already requested the extension of your medical and it has been extended to 2019/03/27.

Your application is still awaiting initial review with an officer.

Sincerely,

VCM
Did ask them to extend your medical?

Hello everyone,

Today I received an ADR for height, eye colour and passport bio page to be submitted in 7 days. My rep is based in Vancouver so I just received the email.

My AOR is 17th Nov, FSW-O. I am crossing my fingers and everything else that I get PPR soon, I was starting to feel very despondent this week. Fingers crossed that this is a sign that LVO is starting to clear the back log.

Wow! me too. good luck my friend.

Yes, I asked if they could extend and VCM confirmed they did. I'm not sure if it's a good or bad sign though. I worry it means they are a long way from processing my file so they know they require that extension.

Hi Folks!

By grace of God Almighty i have just received my PPR.

Special thanks to Mr. Bill for his great help and guidance.

I wish all others a speedy PPR.

Thanks.
congratulations!

Well, what is the wedding date?

The weddING date is April 21 2018...my question is can he join her to apply for PR due to his 10years ban in the UK?
Technically, Yes. But you should keep in mind that a ban is not a good thing and may effect her application as well unless you do have a proper justification about it. If you are guilty (your brother in law) things can get more complicated. If he is found inadmissible your sister's application will also be effected. Play safe by waiting for the PPR which can come any time in this month i believe.
