WES (UPGRADE ECA REPORT)

request you urgent help.

I have done my wes course to course analysis by mistake for immigration purpose. can anyone confirm is this good for migration or should i go for document to document analysis. what next needs to be done. please confirm.

For IRCC, a document by document analysis is required. You can convert them by paying about 210 CAD.

hello guys,

For IRCC i went for document by document. and now will like to upgrade to course by course. does the upgrade mean that i wont have a document by document anymore? in other words does it mean that let say i reapply for an EE profile will i be able to use it again? little confused here. appreciate your help.

Please review and suggest:

I got my WES ECA report for my Bachelors degree, two years back.

Now I want to upgrade my previous ECA report with following :
1. Upgrade format of earlier Basic ECA report "WES document-by-document" to "WES Course-by-Course" format. (This way I will be able to use ECA report for both immigration as well as academic purpose)
2. Add new Degree (Masters) in "WES Course-by-Course" format.

The Cost/price for Upgradation = New Application (http://www.wes.org/ca/fees/schedule.asp)
Upgradation (Bachelor degree Course-by-Course format = $100 + Addition of Master degree = $100) = $200
New Application (Master Degree + Bachelor Degree, both in Course-by-Course Format) = $210


Query 1:
If I apply for ECA Upgradation, (Same Old Reference number): Do I need to re-send the bachelor transcript, which has already been evaluated by WES before (2 years old) ?


Query 2:
If I apply for New ECA application (New Reference number), I will be required to send both Universities transcripts (Bcom=Delhi, Master=Tamilnadu)
Can I collect both the Universities transcripts (in University sealed envelopes) myself and send it to WES by myself ? I mean, Can I put my address as the "Sender" of Courier to WES

You just refreshed my past memories of struggle leading to PR.
I got my PR last year. Thanks to this forum, I did it on my own without wasting any money on agents.

please any one solve my query.. i initially had a wes for my engineering as 4 year camadian equvalent. now i have upgraded my application to add a new credemtial of one year diploma. Now after recieving this do i have to discard my previous wes report? currently in my EE form i have only one education history as Bachelors in Engineering with 4 years equivalency and I have written my old wes number. now after reciving my updated wes do i have to jus simply add another column of diploma with this new ref number? or do i have to delete the earlier column amd put a 2 or more degree diploma with this new wes number?

does your new report have two pages ? one for BTech and another for PG Diploma ? if yes, u need to remove old WES no and put new no in your EE profile

hiiii...i am in same situation ,i have done eca report,but now i need to upgrade wes report to course by course for the same credentials,as i am applying for upgrading,it took e to the new application and demand required documents.do i need to resend all the documents again.

Hi, I have the same issue. The WES page is not getting submitted without adding any degree to be evaluated. It is mandatory to add the degree to go to next page. Please let me know if you come across the solution.

Hi Kadian..i have got copr..will be travelling in feb/march...have a query similar to your situation..my wife's ECA evaluation for BSc and MSc is complete...but i am planning to get her m Phil also added...do we need it ? If yes, which version to upgrade..do we usethis for IRCC immigration under purpose..or can we think of course by course evaluation...For employment point of view...does this doc by doc Immigration evaluation report help? or we need to get course by course report? Kindly help...

you need not send documents that you have already shared. Options are provided to change completed evaluation to course by course evaluation

Hello guys I have a query regarding my WES, it’s been on “evaluating” your documents for more than a month now nothing is changing just the update dates ( 18Dec, 3rdJan, 11th Jan, 24th Jan) what can be happening?
