I received my student visa and I came to canada and realised I need the email that comes along with the visa to get the study permit. The email contains information about study visa. I've been given 20 days to provide the email to the officer but have no idea who to approach for what.
PS : Neither I nor my counsellor have the email.
Help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you apply online if not try to link your paper application online and check if you have that correspondence there. Or write to IRCC.
