Could you tell the time(IST/Canadian time) when you got the update? Also did you get the email notification for cic account update? I know hpw these updates work, it shows 'Updated' and after you check status you see 'Submitted' again. Thanks in advance.
We have representative and he randomly check my husband's online account. I am not sure honestly when this got updated on cic account. So sorry for not giving proper response. He told us his BGC changed from not applicable to we are processing your background check on March 28th.
