But I had to fill my taxes as no income because I only got my sin number after I became a pr holder what can I send them to replace the notice of assessment!

Refer to the sponsorship checklist...Section - SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR SPONSOR - Q.5.
https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5533e.pdf

You are required to provide either (1) Your most recent Notice of Assessment OR (2) Proof of income statement (Option C).

If you cannot provide a Notice of Assessment or proof of income statement (Option C) for the most recent taxation year, you must provide an explanation on a separate sheet of paper, accompanied by relevant supporting financial documentation to show how you can support the person(s) you are sponsoring.

There is no low income cut-off (LICO) you must meet for spouse, or dependent child sponsorships.

You had no income when you filed for your tax for 2017 but i guess you now have a job and receiving income.

I will suggest you provide you recent Notice of Assessment and provide an explanation how you plan to support those you are sponsoring on a separate sheet of paper accompanied by relevant supporting financial documentation.......like a copy of a recent payslip, savings, etc.

Refer......Who can become a sponsor
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ship/spouse-partner-children/eligibility.html

I hope this helps.....and hope others will also provide advice to assist you.

Good Luck

Thank you very much right now I'm so worried the lawyer charge me 3500.00 to put in the application again

Does anyone knows of a lawyer or somewhere in Toronto I can go to get a chapter price to re submit the application

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how to word the letter to replace the notice of assessment for CIC
