i would like to sponsor my mother only. Because my father is not interested to come here Canada what should I do? Do i still needto process him together with my mom application? Please help

yes. Your father needs to be included as a dependent in the application and has to pass the medical and provide PCCs. You must also have enough income to sponsor both your mother and father.

My father is not cooperating to do such things i cant force him. There is noway i could only apply my mother?

Are they still together? Or married on paper but separated/living apart?

If your mother really want to immigrate to Canada, why would your father try to prevent that from happening?

The only way you could exclude your father from the app, would be if your mother wanted to separate/divorce him.

No. It is not obliged for both parents to immigrate. Just mention that father prefers to immigrate sometime later. Then let him sign something that he authorizes wife to move to Canada with you. No need for divorce. I have seen many cases like this

Completely wrong. Even if father is non-accompanying he MUST do a medical exam and pass eligibility tests, and he must also be counted in family size for sponsor income purposes. It sounds like father is refusing to co-operate to do the medical, which would make the mother also ineligible.
He doesn't need to "authorize" the mom to go on her own, he just needs to cooperate with the basic requirements like medical exam.

In most cases IRCC will now allow the complete exclusion of a spouse from an app (meaning they can never be sponsored in the future) unless they are actually separated and/or have at least begun the legal separation process.

That doesnt work at all, the reason one parent failing medical fails everyone, is to prevent exactly what you're describing. Its to prevent a healthy parent from being sponsored, then that parent would sponsor the sick spouse, and spouses wouldnt be excluded due to medical issues

Yes. If your father fails the medical your mother will be refused. Both your father and mother must pass the medical in order for your mother to be approved.

Yes - that's correct. You must have enough income to sponsor both parents - even if you just want to sponsor one.

I wanted to sponsor my mother only cause my parents is separated so im single. I only sponsor for one person. How much should my income tax is . Please reply guys thank you
