hello everyone,
i am residant in uae, and my husband is a permanent residant in canada from 4years.
after getting married september2017
we applied for sponsor ship
15 nov 2017 submit document
18 nov 2017 received
10 january 2018 request for medical test
14 feb medical test is ok + email is that we satisfied ircc and my file is going to london for visa process
so please any idea when and how i will receive the next update
do i have to cancel my uae visa?
and if i will go back to my country tunisia, they will transfer my file to another country or they will keep it in london

Assuming that your sponsor is already physically resident in Canada (because he is a PR, not a citizen), I don't believe that you have to cancel your UAE visa. That is normally reserved for a citizen sponsor in order to prove intention to return to Canada.

How long it will take, anyone's guess. Every case is different. They probably wouldn't move your case once it's in progress.
