Arriving in canada

Hi i just got my canada study visa . I want to ask that my college is in smithers bc but i want to arrive in toronto first . Can i do that . If yes whats the procedure. Plzz reply asap. Ty

No problem at all making Toronto your first entry point where you will complete all immigration formalities. You might want to be able to show onward travel arrangements to BC though given where your college is but otherwise you should not have any issues at least that is my personal view.

Many people do not have direct flight capability to their final destination so transit through a major hub such as Toronto, some connect directly, some have a layover for a few days before moving on all pretty normal. Once in Canada anyway you are free to travel wherever you want domestically.
