Hello
I am getting 416 CRS points. Whats the probability of getting ITA? Should I apply for it or not?
P.S. Highest CLB in IELTS.
But 2 years of work experience.
3 or more year of experience would give me 25 more points = 441.

There is no harm in applying ... u never know when it gets lower... going by recent trends it may take time and may even not happen...but applying doesn't cost anything ! Sometimes provinces nominate some applicants , Ontario has HCP program with minimum CRS of 400 , so thats a chance worth taking.

How about your education? Do you have master degree? If not that is other thing you Can work on. And you can also start learning French.

Yes I checked pnp Ontario program. Although its mentioned that anyone with CRS score 400 above is eligible to apply but tye recent drawn stated that automated NOI sent to the CRS scorers of 433 to 445. Hence, no chances I guess.

I have MBA degree but its equal to their Bachelors degree because the span of education is of 17 years.
French language would take much time to get learnt I know.. the only way to get near to 456 (which is the recent cut off) is to wait for a year to get 3 or more years of work experience. Still it would get me to 441 points.

You are working on 3 years. So with 441 you will have chance for OINP. And again French might take some time but you can study at home bit by bit. Other possibility is to get additional bachelor degree (if not master). that would shoot you up even more.
good luck

I see. Thats the time taking process. Thank you anyways.
So should I not get into the pool right now?

go ahead go into pool, all it will cost you a bit of your life and the moment you have something else
you can add it to your profile (like second language test or additional diploma)
Work experience will add automatically. Just be aware that calculation there are a bit retarded (they take whole month, but then they want you to show exact year or more).
good luck

Can't you evaluate your mba+bsc as two or more certificates?

Its BCOM (bachelors of commerce which comprises of two year degree program)
So, it cant be considered as a degree according to their assessment.
