My wife is a PR holder in Canada. She reached Canada on March 15th 2017 and was there for 7 months.She came back to India on October 26th 2017 and still in India.

She wants to start the sponsorship for me now. Could you please let me know whether she can do the sponsorship program while she is in India(Native country) ?

No - she can't. She must be living in Canada in order to sponsor you for PR. She must also continue living in Canada while your application is processed.

She has to live in Canada for 2 out of every five years in order to be able to keep her PR status and be able to sponsor you. If she stays outside of Canada for more than three years, she will have problems.

Is it possible to do her Tax filing(Canada) while she is in India ? Her physical presence is needed or she can do through online ?

She can file her taxes from outside of Canada. However this has nothing to do with her PR status. To keep her PR status, she does in fact need physical presence.

CRA Certifies some software to file electronically. The process and eligibility filing tax is the same as filing in paper
