Hi, I've been reading through some of the posts and I've found A LOT of useful information. Nonetheless, I still have some questions and will be so grateful if you could help me answer them.
We are a same-sex couple, my bf a Canadian Citizen and I am currently a student in the US (Non US citizen).
1- Will it be any difference in the outland process if we get married here (US) or in Canada? (I have a Canada Tourist Visa)
2- In your opinion, is this a process we could do by ourselves or should we get professional help? (Definitely trying to be very wise with every cent since we are panning on moving together once the process is over).
3- Is there a time that you guys would recommend based on your experience, between the marriage and filling the petition for spouse?
Thanks in advance, I will really appreciate your comments and ideas.
