Hello Rupeshhari,

Today, I have a discussion with my Company HR team regarding an Employer Letter that contains employee job duties/responsibilities.

Below are outcomes of these discussion.
1. My company doesn't provide an employer letter to mention my Job Duties/Responsibilities
2. Not Issuing any letter where they write this note " Not issuing or providing employer letter that contains employee job duties/responsibilities due to company policy or not authorized to issue such letters"

I know that my company provides some letter that contains Name, Work ex, Date of joining, Current Job Title and Salary structure.

I am afraid that If I write and attach my own letter ( in sample A4 paper & in Print format) for my job duties/responsibilities and submit in local visa office , Will these letter support my application? Will it enough????

At the end, I can request my manager (in personal tuning) to provide me such kind of letter in. I am sure he will give me all these information in simple A4 paper and with his signature.

I am not seeing any other option, how to get/arrange this letter... 

Request to all expert to suggest me…

Thanks,
Abhishek

Go through appendix A for your visa office and you will see whether a letter from your manager is okay or not.

Hello Rupeshhari,

I have checked the same (Appendix A for India Visa office). Below lines are present there

For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers,
accompanied by an English or French translation
original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers.
Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full
address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official
seal.

Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a
written explanation.

I am afraid that my company doesnt provide all these info in one letter.

I can manage below work exp related notes from my company
1. Company Offer Letter - It is with me with Inital level of job role (as Software Engg).
In other way, this letter is fullfilling 'notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation' condition.

2. Salary Certficate - Contains Date of joining, Issue date,Emplotyee Name, Current Role (As Program Analyst), Salary break up (for per month), Personnel Officer of the company with his signature and Company Full Address with Telephone and FAX number.
In other word, it is full filling 'specific period of your employment with the company' & 'the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company' conditions

It is very diffcult to manage these documents
• original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities in each position
• a business card of the person signing

Moreover, they have mentioned that provide written explanation from applicant. Now I am under stress...Will CIC officers understand this problem or not??

Please advice me in this case.

Regards
Abhishek

so you have company offer letter. Nothing to worry about there.

you have two letters, one that describes your main duties in your current role, and another that says everything else.
Just get one more letter from your previous manager to say your duties in your previous role or get your current manager to say it.

What you can't provide, you can't. The next best thing you can do, is to apply and hope.

i didnt provide business cards for all my letters.

I m not worried about offer letter. In offer letter, my first job title is mentioned ( not Job duties wrt to frist job title) and in salary certificate, my second (Current ) job title ( not Job duties wrt to second job title).

I am worried that I am not able to manage any employer letter from company where I can show my old and new job duties (wrt to first and current job title) in offical letter pad... In this case, i have only one option to submit duties letter from my side with signature...

In your common questions topic, mentioned that 'two letters from my managers, both of them have agreed to give me the letters' ..I m assuming these 2 letters were in simple A4 size papers in printed format with managers signatures.

I think that is fine. They do say that they want it on a company letter head so I cant say its fine for sure, but you should apply with what you have.
