"we are processing your background..."means that your background check is over,if this time more than 2 months,that means you are need a Security investigation,that needs more than a year.

Today i passed 60 days after my BG started in process, but still now there is no update, would you please tell what you means by Security investigation, and when a applicant required Security investigation, i am worried because my BG started before asking Medical , generally people's BG goes in process when medical passed

CIO received 11 august 2016 got aor 17 nov 2016. We dont receive file transfer notification from the VO

last jan 15 it changed " in Process to we are processing your background", still same , no change . Don't know what is gong on

Oh. Yesterday I saw a flowchart in a whats up group, there it is saying that the 18 months processing time starts from file transfer in VO. I don't know how appropriate this is.
Another thing I found is, they are calculating total 25 months time frame from SINP application to visa stamped.

At least if we see some major update such as MR, we feel SGVO is working but no news from them. Even 18 months I don't know i could get it

No MR or PPR yet but i did upfront medical last year August and was passed that same August. I am still waiting for ppr though i received ADR last year august and wasnt me alone it was given to everyone that have an application with the VO.

Thats a wrong information.
I applied to sinp 3 jan 2016 and got nominated july 2016 and i am here still waiting for visa.

I applied CIC October 16, received ADR last sep 17, i am still also present here ,

I head that u just got PPR this morning.
1st, very congratulation after waiting from AOR in Nov 2016.
2 nd, i see that u did upfront medical in Aug 2017 and after medical passed, u got ADR immediately.

Do u think upfront medical will help ur application faster than waiting for medical request? Thanks.
