Hi, the "online board" aka. CAS (Client Application Status) will mainly change for/into
three stages:
1)
Received,
2)
In Process, and
3)
Decision Made
However, when you click any of the above stages - a new page will be loaded with the following notes, which will progress based on the current stage your citizenship application is at:
- We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on xyz date (e.g. March 20, 2015).
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on xyz date (e.g. April 5, 2015.)
- We started processing your application on xyz date (e.g. April 10, 2015).
- We sent you a notice on xyz date (e.g. July 5, 2015) to appear and write the citizenship test on xyz date (e.g. July 21, 2015.) The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us. *Note: Citizenship and Immigration Canada does sometimes schedule events on Saturdays or Sundays.
- We sent you a notice on xyz date (e.g. September 2, 2015) to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on xyz date (e.g. October 6, 2015). The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
