Visa for 2018 may intake and offer letter

I have another question i applied on 22nd jan and i got mail application number 6th feb so which date should i consider my application date

Delhi and Chandigarh are taking much time .. many applicants are waiting ...they will release it soon as it’s a obligation on them also .. they cannot hold the visa for longer time especially for those who applied for may intake .. they will give the response asap..!!

I heard if we send web form or any other query regarding our case status to embassy before 45 business days it will delay our file processing. So we should wait this week who applied between 15 Jan to 25 Jan as well as this thing also mentioned by embassy in our student acknowledgement letter.

My one friend got visa after 61 days eventhough he has 7 band in IELTS and good academics. So we can't predict anytime when we get visa.

I got my visa today .
Applied on 22nd Feb - Online - Riyadh Office
Eligibility Review started 11th March , visa approved 11th March .
No medical , no bio-metrics .
