You need to prepare an affidavit with the information all they ask you to include. Then get it notarized by a notary lawyer. You should be ok.

However, I got the email today:

"
Dear Sir/Madame:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Provincial Nominee program.

An overpayment in the processing fees you recently submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in the amount of $150.00 are being refunded. If you used a credit card or a prepaid card to pay your fees, we will issue a refund to the same card. Please keep it until the refund is complete to prevent delays. If your card is expired, we will issue a cheque instead. Refunds can take up to six weeks to process."

At the beginning of the email, there are an UCI and Application: EP00xxxxxx. Does it mean that CIC has received my application and when will I get the AOR?

I believe this is your AOR, usually AOR contains ur File number and UCI number. Hence I suggest u link ur application online now. Congrats bro!!

We submitted our paper application (spousal sponsorship) on Jan 18,2018 and it was received by CIC on Jan20.2018 .There is no AOR so far. What should I do>?

I have got my AOR today ( 8th March 2017),what should be my next step? I have got one email with Application number and UCI. Thanks

I have created GC key and tried to link my application using UCI and application number but I am getting a message "No application found". Tried many times so it says check again in 24 hours as failed attempts have exceeded.

Congrats Bakkad, as per ur application link, I suggest u try again, it could be their server issues
